Seven of the Eight illustrated plates are present but detached (the 8th is in the book). The covers have some shelf wear and significant rubbing on the color pastedown. The hinges are loose and split at the back inside cover. The book is 342 pages. The color plates are lovely and the illustrations especially engraved and printed by the Beck Engraving Company, Philadelphia.
